抗C花草茶組合

I was skeptical about the whole "damp" thing but after two weeks of drinking this every morning my sinuses actually feel clearer. The blend is formulated by Chinese medicine doctors which is why I gave it a shot, and the herbal taste isn't nearly as bitter as I expected.

Three weeks in and the morning congestion I’d been dealing with is noticeably lighter—the blend really does seem to target that dampness. I brew a pot after dinner and the earthy, slightly sweet aroma has become my favorite part of the wind-down routine.

The herbal taste is earthy but not harsh, which I appreciate since I'm picky about tea. After a week of drinking it each evening, I do feel less congested and my digestion seems smoother. It's a simple ritual that's genuinely doing something for me.
